We know in Florida it's hot. We rely on our air conditoiner to keep us cool. But every once in a while, they do break down. If you have ever wondered how air conditioners work, here is a short version of an amazing process.

The first modern air conditioner was invented by Willis Carrier in 1902. He was an electrical engineer, and the reason for the invention was a humidity problem at a publishing company. Imagine what life would be like, especially here in Florida without this man's great invention!
